As for phone number verification, I heave an untested theory that you pick up a cheap pre paid cell and register it to your stealth info. Sounds good on paper, but I don't know for sure it will work.

for the other two, see if there's any alternatives that would be more practical for you.

If not your going to have to get crafty, and I don't feel comfortable discussing that further on this thread.
