So I have like about 2k in my paypal account
 

Is it safe to spend lol?

Their all under $300 payments to me (service transactions)

I was just wondering if its safe to spend the money on websites? Any precautions I should take?

How do big business's use paypal without limitations? The way you all speak there is no way of using paypal which is completely wrong.

If he's business verified, there shouldnt be any problems, if there are take em to court or something. I surely would if it was my business.

Paypal is a Monopoly in a sense, like ebay
They are NOT a bank, so they are not Governed by the feds..

Like EBHL says, they make their own rules and you will find that businesses that use paypal and do not use ebay with it dont have problems like we all do. The sister and brother act of pp and eb work together to scam us to make money. Think about it, if they can hold 1 million for 6 months and use it to re invest look at the money they make on YOUR money and they do this on a daily basis. Adds up to major money for them, its a scam that the government wont touch.
Think of it as Wal Mart, screwing over every ma and pa shop in your town with price gouging or price fixing and getting away with it, they lower the price to eliminate all competition and then when that business is gone they gouge us for the higher price.

Im hoping it'll be just as smooth as the paypal account that came with the ebay account I bought from Modee. That account I got transactions under $500 all, and also spent like $1600 and still didnt get limited!

Im guessing if the transactions that come into your paypal account aren't flagging paypal (Like fancy stuff or electronics) than you should be able to spend the money with paypal merchants easily.

I believe it is perfectly safe to spend. Withdrawing money is what raises red flags. Spending money you receive seems to get a pass. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

I hope you're right Ballsack... I've got 3k in my account and there's no way I can get it out. The only way I can get rid of that money is to spend it. :D

That is possible? How can you do that? Would that raise any flags, and how long would it take for that to happen? 3 business days for bank transfers, if you can do that right away, then wow, we all should be doing that!
