I bought a pair of VBAs from a seller but when I went to add them to my PayPal accounts I get this error message as shown in the attachment. At first I thought it was the PayPal account but I tried adding a different VBA to another PP account, same error message. What could be the problem? Did eBay ban that routing number or something because they know it's a virtual account?

It's not necessarily a problem with either the account or the VBA. There have been a lot of reported glitches on paypal recently. I'd try again in a day or two.
I've seen this before on UK paypal. The issue was only temporary.

I've had similar issues recently, and it turns out it appears to be issues caused by PayPal's security system. Call PayPal and they will fix it for you.

Was it Meta Bank, because if you will call paypal they will inform you that Meta bank is a big NO

Sorry man, hope you don't lose your account, but Meta Bank is indeed problematic these days. Maybe if you offer Paypal your first born child or offer to light yourself on fire they won't ban/limit/etc your account.
Well I just tried adding another VBA bought from another seller here called Synovus Bank. It still won't add, but it doesn't give me an error. When I enter in the info and click continue it just refreshes the page. I made a video and posted here:
I tried Firefox, IE and Google Chrome. Cleared Flash/http cookies as usual. Same thing happens. I tried a new VBA and and an another untouched PP account. Same problem. Even called PP and after an hour on hold of being transferred numerous times they suggested to wait 24hrs and try again, they cannot manually add a bank acct for me. Useless! Suggestions?
