 Help With paypal LLC and ein
First post here, I have been reading for a while. I have read most of the posts but Have not found my answer maybe someone can help.
After 10 years on eBay I was kicked off for selling indefinitely, I sold a dumb product and needed fast cash. But eventually got me kicked off for low dsr's.
I got some new items in stock and can sell them on ebay longterm, only thing Is I am banned. I have read the Stealth Book and have working stealth accounts now. But I want a legit account so I don't have small selling limits and tax and ssn problems in the future.
I want to start a new ebay business account. I can get a new llc and business name and bank accounts. my only question or problem is, if i put the ein under my personal name will that conflict with my old ebay accounts paypal accounts. My old paypal is still working, but I know it will get linked to any new ebay accounts so I dont use it anymore. My cousin works for me and i wanted to put the ebay account in his name and such and he is fine with it, I just want all tax and 1099 items to go to me. I can also provided his ss# in the future if paypal ever asks. My question is can i start the the new llc in my name. I have read that the irs only matches name to number. so does that mean i am in the clear, and in the future if my sales get high and paypal ask for a social security number Can i give them my cousins ssn# if i make him an officer on the llc. i just want to make sure I am the one getting 1099 and get taxed no one else.
