Limited account, will opening new bank account help?
 

My PayPal account is limited. If I was to open a brand new bank account (with legit info), and start a new PayPal account using the new bank account (with legit info) for that PayPal account, would PayPal somehow be able to link the info just because the name on the bank account would be the same? If yes, what if my address of residence is different too? What do I need to do in order open a new legit PayPal account, without PayPal linking the information and imit the new PayPal account also?

Paypal cannot see the name on the bank account.

Oh, I didn't know. So what exactly do they check, that could possible link to my old account? Anything I should bear in mind?

I have been trying to study up on this but there are too many terms mentioned that I am unfamiliar with. Is there not a good guide or some guidelines compiled by anyone, or is there a good thread you can reccomend I start with?
