as the title says lol im in a sticky situation i live in jamaica and have no cc on my paypal and also have $140usd left till limited my pp account has 1.2kusd on it and so far i been asking and no one know if the vcc will work in jamaica :( and i really dont want to take the risk of being limited considering im broke.i was wondering if i bought an item $999 would the item be stopped or will i get the item then my account gets limited? really need your help if you know anyways around this,was also thinking about changing the pp address to a u.s address then add a vcc would that work?

If you changed to a US address and add a VVC that may raise a flag with PP due to the address change. You would have to change your EB to match. You would also have to make sure you had access to an American IP so it looks like your logging on in the US

Dont change info - that can definitely cause problems.

You COULD be limited on the purchase - never 100% sure ...how long has the money been there? what is the source - eb payment? odd purchase? Lot of details missing.

140 left untill i hit $500 limit then have to add a credit/debit or bank account.
and last deposit to my acc was made less than 3days now
and no its not limited/suspended yet
do you know anyway around that or if the i try making 1 purchase of 999 they would limit me+i wont get the item?because if they limit then i still get the item i wont care.
