Sorry for my ignorance, i am ready to pay for taxes, however can i get multiple different (EIN) or (ITIN) so that pp doesn't link me up? I am new to the USA

I have read most all I can on the tax issue. I have only one stealth account and would really to be able to provide the SSN but it is associated with my other paypal account that was associated with my account that was banned because of DSR's when they gave alot of people the boot.

So knowing that the stealth account has a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address... the question is can I change that to a business account and add EIN and pay taxes using that 1099. The 1099 will obviously be connected to my SSN but the account is in another name.

Will the 1099 have a name on it or a business name and SSN identifier? I hate to abandon this account.

Hey guys. All you have to do if your account gets limited is call PayPal up any day the next year. I'm sure many of you already have years old accounts that was IRS limit anyways. I had called about 6 PayPal different accounts and 4 of them were restored immediately. While the other 2 had to be call 2 more times before I eventually got them fixed. I recorded the phone calls and everything, you have to call with authority and speak like a champ because the guy who answer the phone literally get these type of calls everyday and has been trained to reject you and get you to cough up the personal information. So in a nutshell you can pass the eBay and PayPal selling limit, you can get IRS limited by them for selling to much or too high, and you can get your account restored without giving them any personal information just a call and you can continue to make money with that account for as-long as your little heart beat. Why let your hard worked stealth accounts go to waste? And why give the government your earnings by registering a EIN or TIN. I only recommend that option if the governments benefits is enough of a reward for you. I'll rather take my chances, son't need any help running my business.

The question is if you give your SSn I dont think paypal can or will use that to cross reference to see if you been banned before?

Easily can crossreference if they already have the SSN on file.

PayPal can definitely tell if you have a previous account by giving them the SSN, not only that but they can run a more accurate credit report, obtain more legal information, or affect your credit card with this information. It's wise to not use the SSN, and only use a EIN if you must. By the way EIN's are replaceable and you can have multiple of them at a time, while as you are only limited to one SSN.

You can only have one EIN per person unless you do a joint or new LLC

here's a question i have:

if i get a EIN using my personal ssn and other info, and give that EIN to paypal for a stealth account, will that work? or will they see the ssn and other info connected to that EIN and see it doesn't match the paypal?

they're requesting either ssn or ein
