Rushcard transfers never posted mismatched names

I transferred money last week into my rushcard as usual and after a few days when it didn't arrive I called.

Finally after talking to 2 reps(rushcards reps are far from the brightest ..lol ) found out that because of mismatched names the deposit would not be posted and would be sent back to my paypal. I should see in my pp by Wed.

Well now we are on Thursday and nothing. My question is does rushcard always return the money to paypal. Can they pull some funny business and hold these funds.

Getting worried.....the amount is around $400

It should be returned to Paypal , I never used rush but had similar experience with different banks in past and money always was returned

K thanks , but how long did it take around for it to be credited back?

It can take paypal up to 5 days I think.

Had a case in 2010 where the money was returned to my PP (because I had to close the account for security issues but forgot it was attached to my PP) after 10 days - just my experience. Was a Canadian bank to a Canadian-based PP
