How to get your money?

Today my ebay got suspended and I read all day through the forums and already have an idea on how to solve the issue...

Now the only part that I dont get is HOW to get your money out of the new paypal-account? I cannot use my old Paypal obvioulsy, so after I set up a new one with name variation, new phone number and utility invoices there is still the issue of linking a new bank-account? Obviously I go to the bank and set one up (thats easy) but once I link it to Paypal, my REAL name is still on there!?
