Hello, Need Help w/Paypal Problem
 

Im new here, and have been looking at many threads but none seem to address this issue with Paypal asking for the SS#.

I had an old Paypal account linked to old Ebay acct. I sold an item to someone in a different country, sent it, and they said they never received it, even though there was tracking info. As Paypal sides with the buyer, they put a chargeback on my Paypal acct, which turned into a negative account. I let that account go and opened up a new one.

I've managed to sideswipe every form of identifying myself, except for one. I got the Prepaid Debit Card that allows you to withdraw cash from an ATM. Problem is theyre asking for the SS#. If I started a new Paypal acct with a different name similar to my true name, and verified in all the sneaky ways everyone's advised to, if I supply my SS#, is it immediate that they discover my Paypal name is not exactly the same name on my SS# and that its linked to the old shut down account? How do I go about withdrawing money on the Prepaid Paypal Debit card without providing my SS#? Or am I just screwed?

PP is pretty adamant about the SSN request. So when they ask it, you had better provide it. You are pretty screwed if you can't :( you will likely have to wait 180 days.

I f all buyer were happy, his monney will hold 180days? could this guy withdraw or not after 6 mounth hold without ssX ?

Account is not limited thought.

OP wants to use a paypal card that needs specific ID to use.
