sending money to family member to withdraw
 

Hi

i have a paypal account that has funds but is not verified as i dont have a bank account. am i aloud to send money to a family member to withdraw for me?

just asking because paypal might limit accounts or something for this type of activity

Not being verified definitely doesn't help.
No reason to not be verified when it's really simple.

Anyhow, how much do you have in paypal & how much are you trying to transfer?
Have you ever transferred money to another paypal?
Age on the account & how long has the money sat there?

As a one of, so long as its not £1000's then you should be fine. Ideally verify your account before hand though., and the older the account the less issues you will run into. Better to not do it a second time though

if i was in your position, i'd get that account verified (bank accounts in the UK aren't difficult to get). if that's not possible, then probably the safest thing for you to do would be getting the family member/friend to send you an invoice through PP for slightly more than you want to withdraw and pay the invoice. you'll lose some money, but it's less suspicious that sending it as a gift. that's what i'd do, though i'm sure other people would say it's not a good idea.

paypal can still limit such a transfer.

Doing that ruins your account and your family member.

Look for other ways.

You have been given great advice so far. Why cant you just get a bank account and slow withdraw?
