We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now. Anyone has ever faced this problem before or now :(
I have no idea how to deal or solve this problem because I have a lot of services to pay for, but now I can't send the payments.
Can you guys help me with this ?

@Noe, GB has spoken of the glitches. Besides that, you need to elaborate a bit on platform (is it US like you spoke of on another thread) - are the funds from sales? any holds? how old the account? Examples
Nevermind on the platform - edited: saw you just posted Ireland - UK has been having a lot of glitches with need for retrying in 24 hours |

I would NOT recommend 4) because of the risk of speaking live to PP but hey, if you are desperate...your decision.

2) I waited for more than 72 hours now.
3) I have only PayPal balance.
4) I called them, and they just told me to wait for some time later. |

I never use for any payments except postage and ebay fees and keep about $50 to cover a refund. I just look at it as something I need to operate but use it as minimal that I need and only keep in what I have to |

| Faline | 06-07-2013 11:35 AM | This issue happened with all my accounts, you need to send a small payment (about 20-$25) first, the payment will go through. Then wait for 1 day and make a bigger payment. Then everything goes back to normal. |

You know what I tried to send even $0.10, and it still doesn't go through.
It really wastes my time now.
I don't know what should I do if I have only funds on my PP now :( |

If you have to use only PP and no other funds...sadly, you are in bad spot right now |
