How to assure Paypal pays with my default balance

Hey guys, hope all of you are well. I was wondering if you could answer a question about Paypal/Ebay for me? I was wondering how I could make sure my EBAY transactions I do through my Paypal account are paid through my default balance (more than enough to pay for Ebay item) instead of my (VBA) linked bank account? Need to be sure my balance will be used - not the VBA which would not go properly?

1. You have to make sure you have FREE funds in your pp account - not funds tied up with sales.

But a better move is to pay your eB balance with a VCC in advance
