Paypal released rolling reserve. Times are changing?
 

I've been in ebay business for 15months now. After a year since pp hit me with $5500 min reserve and 10% rolling reserve, I gave them a call a few days ago and requested review of the account. I was surprised when they removed all reserve. I thought they'd go down to maybe 6% rolling but wow, times might be changing.

Finally, it feels very good to be rewarded for being a top professional seller.

I held my breath reading that part - nice that it worked but always be careful of trusting them completely. You are being watched...hope it continues to work out. Please report back if any changes

Wow I haven't heard of anyone with Rolling Reserves for a while. I had one that stuck for like 4 years. 08 until late 12' then it finally went away. Like the last two years I didn't know anyone who still had one. It was a stealth account and I didn't want to rock the boat so I just went with it. But it was nice when it finally went away. With all the 21 day holds and all that non-sense I figure those had gone away for good with US PayPals at least.
