Stealth Paypal Question
 

Hi,

kindly looking for more opinion from everyone.

My paypal is limited, that paypal name wasn't my legal name and I still be able to received payment (Example, my legal name is kyle miller then by the time I create my bank account I told the bank my English name is Michael (not legal), I just apply that papal with the name of Michael. But I still recived payment from this name.

I used to have a very old paypal (limited as well) with legal name and the same information as above limited paypal.

And now...

I am looking to create a new paypal with my legal name (some little change than before), same birthday. Different ip, phone number, address, new banking info, email etc. Is it safe to do it so since paypal has never hold my id or documents?

PS: I also have a payoneer that tried to activate my paypal last night and it said that I cannot add that information into my new paypal. Is Canada Paypal banned payoneer banking information for activation?

I dont think that PP is specifically banning Payoneer - it's just the US/out-of-country bank phenomenon in effect - glitch or standard new policy is being sorted out
