can wife send me money to my new paypal stealth account
 

can we send money from her account to my new stealth account so I can do some buying on ebay with new stealth account before I can start to sell, I could have her do it from her cell phone so it doesn't matter about ip.

any thoughts? would this be okay

and also how long should I wait before adding a bank account information to my new paypal stealth account? thanks..

As long as you use a different device with different IP which is what you said you will do. It should not be a problem.

I think using a vcc to fund your pp would be the safest option unless you are sure that no factor is there to link your wife's account to yours or any other suspended account.

Listen to what GB said - rama also makes a good point about funding your account with a VCC.
