I came across a few websites that allow you to generate a Paypal Payment Links for you buyers to click on and pay you via the Paypal.

They seem like a good idea in the sense that I would not have to log into my Stealth Paypal account in order to send my buyers a payment requests.

The less times I have to log in the better i think :)

Has anyone had any experience using these link generators?

Are they against Paypal policy?
If I email the payment link to a buyer and they click through to the payment section and process payment, Will paypal be able to see from what IP address the original Payment link was sent from?

Against policy why do you think that? I would say they are fine
No way will pp see anything you sent.

No - PP will only the IP of the person doing the payment.
