Help me understand
 

So if I create a "stealth" paypal account and get a VBA that is for verification purposes and not withdrawal purposes. My question is how do you receive money on the stealth account? Do you no longer go through papyal's withdraw method? Is their some other exchange method to get your funds? Someone enlighten me how do you withdraw from a stealth account..

You add "Your" own Bank Account. Which Bank is good? a quick search will yield you many answers.

think OP does not want to add a bank.

the only 'exchange' is buying stuff or sending to another paypal which withdraws etc, riskier and complicated but possible in smaller amounts....

If the OP does not want to add a bank then the OP is doomed if they don't know what they are doing!

You should definitely add a bank account , there are many threads even recently on that topic , some you can get an account online without walking into a bank . There's also prepaid debit cards if you want to go that direction , but until u set up a network if accounts and know what your doing and find other means of withdrawling a bank account is the best

Easiest way is to add a bank account, but you can also buy things and then sell them on an account that you can withdraw from. Adds other problems into the equations though, since you need to be able to get those goods.

You get a VBA because some of us create 10 accounts at a time and the easiest way to verify them all is to get a VBA and than once your account has some funds and worth opening an account than we open a bank account

You will need to add a USABLE bank account for withdrawing...or find other way to move the money (smartly)

You use your PayPal to get your funds in as many ways as you can.

You attach a bank account as this is sensible and not too hard

You buy on line

You make sure your account appears trustworthy to PayPal to avoid issues

Make sure you read much much more of the forum

This is the basis of being stealth learning to use all options to get your own funds
