PayPal Limited, few questions.
 

I have a few hundred in my limited PP account.

1. If it is under someone elses name can I still withdraw it to my real Academy Bank account?
2. Is it 180 days before funds are available for withdraw?
3. It got limited April 2013. How long till funds are available?

1. If Academy bank allows withdrawals in stealth names, yes.

2. Yes 180 days in general from date of limitation.

3. Date in April 2013 + 180 days (about).

So long as your bank allows mismatching name deposits, your fine

Sometimes, but rarely, they release funds earlier. I have also had experience in the past where they have not released the funds after 180 days, although this is very rare.
