Hi I want to close my paypal account. After that can I buy AS GUEST with THE SAME email address and cc number?:heh:

No you can not.

That info will still be kept. paypal will still know you are you.

Bad to use GUEST checkout. paypal limits those payments too.

Why are you thinking of this?

PayPal keeps all info forever, so you cannot reuse CC or email addresses.

As other posters have pointed out, all that info is dead to PP - dont try to reuse.

Go fresh, new, stealth (read about it). All the best
