what do you think about the following idea (a paypal alternative), a paypal alternative idea, progect what do you think?

i'm talking about this progect here because i donpt see anything valid excpt the garbage

we can register a new company and put the founds all toghether

1 debit card for purchases and sales as well
anyone can reload the debit/prepaid card, (not only the account owner,m not just the linked account) with the moneypack, ach deposit and similar
we will offer the debit card for sales also, not only for purchases like the accountnow and similar prepaid cards
the online account will be pretty easy, sellers center, send founds, request founds, widdraw founds, disputes center
the procedure fo the sellers will be: click "seller center" provide the tracking number plus upload the shipping receipt and confirm, an automatic email will be sent to the buyer, end of the story
for international reloads there is a pretty solution: a bank account in evry country, the account owner or any other person will be able to reload the card/account with a simple and domestic bank transfer and we will add the founds to the card automatcally, thats' obvious
the entire website will be easy to use and there are no chargebacks (so minus 1 problem)

regarding the disputes between seller and buyers we will consider the items as delivered if the tracking number will indicated "delivered to (country)
we will add a system based on 6 warning, if a buyer or a seller will receive 6 or more warning they will pay a fee in us dollors

what do you think about this idea?

Getting buyers to use it would be next to impossible, at least in my opinion.

Also, if this meets the legal definition of a money transfer business, it would need to be licensed, at least in the US.

why do you think that?
the card reload will be so easy, no more link this or that and the busines will be a prepaid card busines for sales also, not for purchases only

Ambitious. Would take a lot of time to create the site, and would take a lot of time for people to break their PP using habits if they ever do.

yes ambitios but yet pretty simple,
this system will be based on prepaid cards,m bio link this to that, and that to the otrher, o basically they will use a prepaid card like a merchand account, for sales

i can't do this progect now because i'm busy with my other 1 doz websites,. that's why i have posted the progect here but think twice i can tell you that we have a similar card in Italy the card name is postepay
the postepsy is now used for sales also, because of the buyers, they want to pay with postepay,

more than 10 milion card issued, ans counting

@mar30, you would need a lot of capital cash and advertising to promote this.

Sooooo many banking legislations to work with - not so easy to set up

The problem is your money versus Ebays money in marketing

actually we will need 1 bank account only for ALL EU countries, (27 countries) , bank transfers between 27 EU countries are totally free, plus 1 bank acc for USA and CANADA and territories anmd thatps all

Need quite a bit more than that but ...good luck on finding capital venture - maybe make an elaborate presentation to private investors

i forgot to mentiion
the prepaid card will be with no monthly fee and withOUT the dormant account bs fee (a real bs)
and
the reload fee will be $1 or $2, except for the momeypack offcourse, the fee will be paid by the seller no problm and fully deductable

Your lack of fees is what will doom the profit margin of your company-in-the-making
