Accidentally transferred money into a VBA - didn't know it was even possible
 

A little over a week ago I attempted to transfer money into my bank account and realized a hair too late that it was my VBA (instead of my real bank) I had submitted the transfer to. I really didn't worry too much because I didn't think it would actually go through. But it hasn't been reveresed yet and I think I may have lost a hundred dollars. Anybody else ever done this and can I use the VBA to make a payment/e-check?

You cant use the VBA to make payment or withdraw to...in most circumstances since it would have been closed.

I would wait a little more time (few more days) to see if money was rejected and returned to PP....if you try to upload funds from a VBA, most of the time it will fail and PP will send you a message

Reversals take quite a few days. Usually paypal would send a message.

Though with the glitches lately, that is dubious.

Suggest keeping an eye on the paypal balance.

Did a quick check of notes.

Not had a report of failure to get funds returned from vba transfer. ( other users obviously).

Many have done this and what I remember is the funds always came back.

So long as the vba is indeed only setup temporarily - many users have had funds returned so OP just hold on...am sure it will be fine for you :)

Common mistake, Bank will return the money.

I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK :( so sad

Hmm could be just sitting in that account then gathering dust...going to be difficult to get back without seller of VBA intervention
