Upgrade to a sole proprietor or individual Business account?

Paypal is asking for tax id and i'm going to use an EIN so should i upgrade to a sole proprietor or individual Business account?

The acct is just for me personally and i won't be going over 20k a year but i will be selling over 200 items.

Even if somebody could link me to another thread where sole proprietor vs individual Business account's are discussed i would appreciate that.
