Paypal can't send payment outside US
 

Hi all,
My US paypal account can't send payment (just $5,95) outside of US, I tried to pay invoice but have notice:

"We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now
Return to merchant and try a different payment method

We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."

But when I try to send $20.00 to other US paypal is so good, it's done.
What happen to this account?

Which method you choose to send payment ? Directly to a friend/relative ?

This issue started last year.

Last I read was the advice to wait 24 hours. Transfer may succeed then.

Other folx will post too. They will give advice as well.

To what country are you sending? I recently read something about an unverified account not being able to send to India.

You should wait the 24 hours. Alternatively - if pressed for payment - ask if seller accepts other payment methods like credit card. Hope your merchant is reputable...
