Please stop being a cheap-ass and either buy a VCC from a verified Board Seller or check the forum for suggested Cards that work.

Entropay costs next to nothing, and the forum sellers are very good value.

Ask a forum seller who accept other methods of payment. Should solve your issue.

What is the source of 15 euros? Sales? Are the funds clear?

If so - there is a known glitch on Paypal UK where a) you try sending a lower amount and then this amount and it will work... or b) you must wait 24 hours.

Entropay works nicely as cc.

fund are clear, yeah one time it worked i di lower amount and it work but now i tried i didnt work, i did wait 24h but seems like it dosent work any more.

i pm some vacc seller but dont know if they will accept it as i got clear fund with 31 pounds on my account but as i sad i cant send idk.. i think i need to verify the acount with debit / bank account

So then get a bank account and verify the pp? Can you do this?
