Which countries verify PP without a bank acc?
 

some years ago i heard you can create Italian verified paypal accounts without needing a bank account. I did open an italian one years ago and yes they do not need a bank account to get verified. This was some years ago so i am not sure if it has changed. I also heard some asian paypals don't need a bank account to get verified.

Now i am Australian and australian accounts are much harder to verify. for Australian accounts you need to add both a credit card and a bank account for the account to be verified which is abit of a hassle because it costs more money in buying a VBA.

What countries do not ask for bank accounts to get your paypal verified?

Keep in mind you have IP issues to ovecome
