Is there a specific reason you would want to do that? Or just curious?
I would imagine its best to keep your Ebay and Paypal matching with same information.

It's not wise to do - dont mess around with mismatching registration info. Create a CANADIAN eB that matches your Canadian pp then go to eb.com and log into your account to sell/buy

The reason I want to do it is because I have a 100/5000 ebay account and canadian pp does not need ss#

Still will be very difficult - the international different addresses will cause some kind of limitation I am sure.
