does anyone have one of these from paypal on your stealth account? can they be sent to a pobox

I believe you need to enter your SSN to get it. No different than any other reloadable prepaid really.

oh when you go to that link it just says basic info name address phone

This is where you cross the line and paypal then does become a bank account.

Not OK for stealth because of the SSN issue.
