Funds not going through!
 

Ok, so i'm new to both Ebay and this forum. My problem is that I'm not seeing the money when people pay me for items i'm selling.

I've had this happen three times now; I have something up for auction, the highest bidder wins, he checks out and then ebay says payment pending and paypal doesnt show any deposits. I've contacted the buyers about this and they say that it says that the funds are "unclaimed".

Is there a way that i can go through ebay and claim them and have it credit my paypal account??? I have about 100 things i can put on ebay but this issue is causing me to go freaking crazy.

If anyone has a suggestion or knows what my issue is, please help!!!!!

Suggest you check your paypal email address.

Oh and as far as your payments....Check the paypal email address that you have set up on ebay vs. your actual paypal address.

Did you get the link in your email box from paypal when the account was made?

When you try to list something go down to the payment section and double check what is showing as the email to send payment to.

Then back out of it or if it is incorrect fix it right there.

Then go to paypal and add the correct email address, confirm it and remove the bad email address.

You will have to tell the buyers to go in and cancel their payments and resend them an invoice from your My Ebay --- ONCE YOU GET IT CORRECTED AND DOUBLE CHECK IT.

Have you also confirmed your account?

I had this happen before, I wouldnt receive any payments that were paid with a credit card because I did not confirm my email address on paypal.

This just happened to me - turned an account into seller account yesterday, buyer won item and paid - did not receive notification and funds did not show in PP because e-mail was not confirmed.

What GB said. Happened to me, it's the email link for sure.
