Paypal is screwing me over WTH (dispute)
 

I filed a ebay dispute through paypal (not ebay) SNAD. after about a week the seller finally responded and 2 days later the case is closed. I get an email saying it was closed because the seller provided proof the item was delivered.... UM WTF? i filed SNAD and even sent messages before they came up with this decision. what on earth is going on?

will they respond to my emails and re open it? its clearly opened as SNAD not as not received.

i am so confused and mad right now, i would call but the account name is in my mothers name and i dont want them to think anything with a man speaking.

So sorry but that's what entry level CSR's do for minimum wage. Also the price we pay for stealth. Pretty much no recourse. Best of luck.

Clearly you are in a bind where you must call up eB if you want to get some action going. There are ways to mask the voice...

If you want to pursue this you are best to ring, but make sure you think its worth it. You will also need to make sure you have all your stealth info in front of you
