Walmart purchase - error processing - payment paypal?

I have been trying to buy gift cards online with paypal from walmart and sometimes they go through and sometimes they dont with my paypal. Why do I keep getting error processing and we could not process your paypal payment? Walmart says just try again, but keeps happening.

I just got 2 and no problem. You do have to use a brick & mortar address. I found out the hard way. I know it says no PO boxes on the WS. I didn't see it, OK?

Maybe the $ amount or the number of cards you have purchased?

What's the most money you get them for? Please?

THe most I go for is $100, I will keep trying. Must be luck.

They will call and if you dont answer after 2 calls your order will be cancelled.

You must have a working phone number.
