Bluebird card

I have a amarican express bluebird card I got at walmart.Can I add this card to stealth paypal with different name(name on stealth paypal differs from card) and withdraw money from stealth paypal to bluebird card?thankyou.

You should use the bank account component. Confirm the account and then you can make the transfer. The card is just the way to spend the money. You should not use it to do any confirmation of accounts.
