Am I still linked?
 

I have like 14 limited accounts under my old IP which is ex) 1.101.102.103.

My new IP is 1.101.20.60.

I've only made 1 account under my new IP which is made with all ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info and unverified.

Am I still flagged? I haven't logged into the new one in 2 weeks. Is it safe to make a new PayPal or buy one from another user? I live in Canada btw.

IF you cleared all cookies, etc and are now using your new account with different IP then you should be fine.


You should completely verify your account before doing anything. Also why is your flag in AU and your in CA? Did u make the stealth in AU?

My VPN was on AU at the time.

So are your accounts in AU or CA?

So your an Australian using a VPN to connect to Canadian Ebay/PP accounts....It's 1 hot mess...haha.

So you now have a Canadian Account and live in Canada, are you still working though a VPN?

You guys are misunderstanding, I simply use the VPN for privacy and registered with it. I use my Canadian IP for Paypal.

My head hurts.

@dogf, you dont need your IP to vary by more than 1-2 places (e.g. 506 vs 120) to be considered unlinked to old IP - keep a track of your IP - nice excel sheet on the forums for you to use if you search.
