400$ laptop, would you? Has 70 feedback and I googled his info and it seems legit but why wouldnt you have your paypal verified?

So long as you have paypal protection then you would be fine to send the item.

Make sure you send it tracked and with a signature.

Yeah thats fine to ship to, just make sure you include tracking with signature confirmation.

You're covered under buyer protection up to 250 dollars without signature confirmation. Just make the seller use this, and you'll be fine.

Ask the buyer to pay coverage for signature confirmation and tracking - if you can....if not and you have free shipping enabled in your listing...well then you must fork the fees to protect yourself
