Linking Banks Together

Is it safe to link all my banks with each other? I've managed to make 10 checking accounts and I want to link them all together so that if one has low funds I can quickly transfer from another.

You are talking about putting them all together on a BANK user account.

I.E B of A online banking?

What do you mean by link? Just transfer from one bank account to another? If so this is fine.

So long as all of this is done OFF paypal, there should be no problems.

Online banking links the banks and allows for transfer of funds. This has NOTHING to do with paypal - you are safe
