Possible to Create 2 Accts Under Same IP?

Is it possible to create two PayPal accounts under the same IP address? Will I get limited because of doing that? I'm planning to use one as kind of like a savings account and another as my main PayPal account for eBay selling.

I have found this to be ok, but if one goes down everything goes down, both Paypal's and the ebay account
