VCC for Paypal verification

Hi there!
Advice me please, which VCC is good for US Paypal verification.
Where can i get it ? Actually i prefer pay by Perfectmoney or Webmoney for this stuff. Also i can pay by my credit card

A vanilla visa card would work fine here. After you pass verification you can pay your fees using those alternate methods (as long as they haven't been used before on another account).

Thanks! just tried to sign up for Vanila visa. Is et really to get online ? Or just buying it physically ??

You can pick it up at almost any large retailer. CVS, Rite-Aid, Walmart, 7-11, etc.

It's fast and easy to buy them from a vendor here.

What about VCC-s , that could be provided to me by email for example? just CC number , exp date , cvv. Also i need it to be able linked to any adress

Contact the Sellers about their delivery methods, each seller has their preferred method. Asking in the open forum will get you different answers.

@OP, have you researched about Entropay yet? Can be used to make multiple VCCs...a LOT of posts on this forum about this wonderful service
