If I make a Canadian paypal account and add real US bank account, my pp account becomes verified. The question is why at first payment the money are placed on hold for 21 days and have to wait 60 days after the first payment for the money to be automatically available. I know that before if the Canadian pp was verified, the money was available to withdraw immediately, now need to wait 2 months from the first payment. Is there a solution for the money to be automatically available? if I'll add credit card that will change the situation? Thank you!

Make 1000% sure you can add a US bank account before you try.

Been many issues for weeks regarding US bank accounts as well as vba's.

Some user have reported they have needed to call paypal to get the bank account added.

You are wrong if you think that Canadian pp is exempt from the 21 day hold period - it is standard PP policy - there is no real solution except what has been discussed on many posts about shipping, feedback, etc.

Dont try to think Canadian pp is different

All Canadian PayPal accounts have 21 day hold.
