UK hold for 21 days ? AFTER FB LEFT AND TRACKING INFO.

On my seller account a transaction has been placed on HOLD for 21 days..

I had this happen months ago, I got the buyer to leave feedback and the funds were released immediately.

This time, the buyer has left feedback, but the funds havn't been released, been 9 hours now.

Advice?
