paypal not thiers-about phone number

here it is i have an ecry acct.
i have a papal acct too
i didnt lnk them yet
they have diff addresses
i know i cant lnk them
i just made a new papal acct
but used the same number as in the other one
all diff info though
i did keep the name just spelt different
the papal addy is never been ecryed before
just papal used
need help here.
