Paypal limited for SSN or EIN. DIFFRENT THAN LAST YEAR
 

I just want to start this thread because I believe it is going to become more and more common this year. The past two years if you spread out sales and stayed below any kind of PayPal projections they would leave you alone. I am beginning to hear more and more US Stealth sellers getting the dreaded Can't receive or close your PayPal account limitation due to the Tax ID number.

I am just wondering if anyone has more any ideas what exactly is going on. I just got a limitation with less than 10k in sales and we are in the 8 month of the year. Still below the 20k average for a year.

Also for the admins. This is not a thread about dodging taxes. Every penny you earn in the US you are suppose to report as taxable income. This thread is intended for what appears to be changing conditions with PayPal and running a eBay/PP stealth accounts without interruption.
