2 paypals - one ⊗⊗⊗⊗ - one real

Ok, i have 2 paypals....one with all ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info (shipping address also) and one with the my real address....needless to say, my real paypal is linked to my suspended ebay account. If i won an item on ebay, can I use my real paypal (linked to suspended) to purchase the item through checkout?

Sure, but I would create a new email and add it to the real linked account and use that email just to be safe.
