Creating PayPal with AVS or Not
 

Just a real basic question i had that might help out others as well. I have found that making accounts with or without AVS attached to their PayPal can get be done.

but does having it make your account stronger, as far as PayPal goes, and it becoming limited.

No real change in the strength PER SE but PP tends to only accept AVS cards so it`s easier to create them with these type of cards.

I find that using an AVS with a new paypal to confirm address and lift limits is helpful to me.

I verify with a bank account, and confirm with AVS.

I use such paypals off ebay for a while.

When these accounts have some history, I attach them to an ebay account.

Issues are minor, in my experience.

We all operate differently.

When does pp do the AVS on the card?

Is it as soon as you enter the vcc?

The card must be registered to the address you need before you add to pp.

When they do the test charge on it with EXPUSE code.
