well i just created my pp account yesterday and got a payment of 201$ anyway whenever i try to send a payment i get this error its canadian account.

They are looking at your account.

Trying to send funds out the next day after receiving it looks suspicious to them.

Should have waited several days before doing this.

How much did you try to move?

not much like 12$ or something however sometimes i can send money via the mob app

yeah sometimes it work on my iphone but it never work on my pc

Are you saying you access the account from two different methods?

from your PC and from an iphone?

If so, the different IPs may make paypal flag your payments.

Also there are issues with Canadian paypals. Do you access yours via VPS? Is there a VBA or a bank account on that account?

Fadynader, is your Canadian pp verified with bank - confirmed with a working credit card? You could still have a hold on the payment that has come in...

No its not verfied yet however people keep telling me verify it so u can send money anyway yes i access from PC and iPhone but with the same vpn ip so no diff ip's

i was thinking for buying a VBA to verify it but seems no one want accept paypal from me here

No VBAs are working for Canada.

VPN for using paypal is a bad move in any case.

No not lost. You made the goof of being in Germany trying to run a Canadian pp account that's what's got things tied up. They may think your laundering money or some such foolishness. Your going have to talk to live person with paypal to fix this though they will want to know why a german feels the need to have a Canadian pp account. Good luck.
