Using Paypal for everything BUT Ebay question
 

If I have a brand new verified paypal account and never associate it with paypal.....do the same rules apply?.....take in small amounts....over time.....etc? It would be direct paypal payments, nothing associated with any checkout system..... i would send a direct paypal invoice or received payments directly.

Also, does the same apply with 200 trans and/or 20K?

Yes to all of the above.

Limits may be placed on off ebay transactions as well.

You need to be aware of the IRS rules as well.

I would also suggest backing up your venture with another payment processor.

I would not consider having one source of payments with something like paypal.
