paypal verifying supplier invoices

my account was limited even though i've shipped everything and no cases open - paypal has asked for supplier invoices. I sent them an invoice and they actually called the number I sent along with the invoice (I missed the call). has anyone got any tips dealing with this situation? What do they ask for when they call? What if I didn't pick up (as the supplier)?
