get new EIN or use current one? does it matter
 

I have an EIN for my LLC company. However i didnt pay my yearly filing fee with the state so its still listed but it says not current. Should i just make a new EIN or does ti matter?

The EIN is issued by the IRS. The LLC is handled by your state. The EIN should be valid, even though you might be behind on the paperwork for your LLC.
