Can't withdraw funds all of a sudden
 
I've been using this same PP account for about 4 months now. It's got an ein and all limits we're handled. I've been using it on a regular basis too.

It was partially limited for about 24 hours a few days ago, but that's all handled.

I've made quite a few bank transfers with it since it's been up. No problems til now. All of a sudden when I go to withdraw to either one of the 2 bank accounts I have linked to it, they say they need call me.

The phone number I have on their is a google voice number that links to my cell, which obviously doesn't work for this.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes this happens, It is to make sure it is YOU using the account.

It is not a real person, but a recorded voice call.
Shouldn't take more than a minute to get through.

The call won't even come through. I got a number from inumbr.com and put it on there.

When I went to have them call me, I got an error that said they couldn't verify it. I even changed the account info on file with Inumbr so it matched the PP.

Maybe there's another virtual phone service that will pass the verification?

We have reports from others that phone numbers are not working like you are describing.

GV is giving problems at the moment.

Bump 'cause I'm desperate lol.

I haven't found my answer yet. I'd hate to go dump money into another failed attempt like I did with inumbr.

I'm off on my search again. If anybody has any answers, feel free to share :)

Use a different phone number to call them. As long as the phone isn't linked to a different account you'll be fine.

They're not so much worried about the phone number, rather, they want you to confirm you're the owner of the account.
