paypal don't allow to send money
 

Hi there.
I have a Paypal account linked to my ebay. both of them were registered 2 weeks ago. Paypal was verified by VCC. I have sold 2 items during last week, both of them are DELIVERED. There is no bank account in my Paypal.

Why PP do not allow me send my funds (just $300)

What's wrong , i have tried to send different amounts 1-300
They say Paypal allow send money through invoice.. who knows?
Ready to share $10, who will resolve my trouble or just explain, able to try through invoice. Thanks to all!

Try lower amount before going further, start of 10 dollars, then move up. There's new Paypal policy if they don't like the payments you're doing they will limit your account after sending those payments.

tried to send $1, $5 - usuccessfull!
My account is not verified by bank. Could be that a reason of my trouble?

You should wait for longer time before sending huge amount of money away.

Because your PayPal is new (2 weeks). If you spend them right away your account will be flagged.

I had problems like this (bank and vcc verified usa accounts) for my US stealth accounts.

Since I do not usually attach bank accounts to it, I will just wait for a longer time to spend it.

If you have a bank account you can try withdrawing bit by bit in smaller amounts?

The exact same thing happened to me for a new account.

I got in touch with a paypal rep for this problem and he advised me to try sending the payment at a later date (at least 24 hours later).

This happens when they think that there may be some risk associated with the payment.

This is probably just your standard Paypal holds. Most paypal accounts for at least the first 90 days have a hold of up to 21 days on your received funds. The way to tell is that on your home screen in Paypal there should be two totals: Total funds and available funds. When it comes to stealth, patience is a virtue you must possess.

I was speaking with Paypal resolution centre, after my sold items were delivered. They see it, operator said , that they mark my account to allow sending funds, and now it will be OK, but really it's not true.

2 invince : no, i haven't a bank account linked to my PP, i have verified it by VCC.

one more question: i know , that it is legit to link somebodies bank account to PP. But is it OK , that the name of PP holder and Bank account holder are different? Will my PP/Ebay account will be extra flagged by security department?

Do not send a dime until the account is fully verified.

This message means you received a soft hold until the account is reviewed.

On any new account you need to build trust up over time before you start sending large sums of money.

i have same problem . i cant send money to paypal of my country . any idea to resolve this problem .

i have fixed this problem . the probem is your vba . i have removed vba ( bank account ) and i can send money without any error.

To make your account safer, I think you should get your account vba verified too.

If you do not have or want to use your own bank details, there's good sellers in this forum selling it.

Verify that account with a bank - it's still a good move OP to stabilize the account. It can affect your sending of money
