Upgrading to a business account

I am trying to upgrade to a business account but keep getting the following error messages whenever trying to submit my information.

Failure due to infrastructural issues
Empty result returned, exception: Error on MAIN_TH

Any idea?

If it is a stealth account I would be hesitant to upgrade. Maybe it is just me but it seems like the stealth accounts I have as Business accounts seem to be getting the Tax ID request for the 1099k more so than the regular Premier accounts. Just something I wanted to throw out there.

That really sounds like a website programming issue.

Its seems that your internet speed is slow.. The page is not loading correctly. Check your internet or try different browser..

Browser is a good recommendation - not sure about this Net speed business....Killed hasnt had that problem reported before

OP reported a hassle with the in-laws router.
